Terms of exchange and return for goods of proper quality:- for individuals —exchange or return of goods of proper quality is possible within 7 days; for legal entities — exchange or return of goods of proper quality is at the discretion of the supplier unless otherwise specified in the supply agreement (the Consumer Protection Law does not apply to legal entities' relationships);
- to exchange or return goods of proper quality, the item must be personally delivered to the Claims Department at the address: 124482, Moscow, Zelenograd, Proezd 4922, Building 4, Structure 4 (working hours: Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00); for regional deliveries, the item must be sent to the same address at the recipient's expense (the delivery department manager will notify the client in writing about the process for handing over the item to a transportation company);
- the goods must not show signs of use, and the packaging, commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and all documents received from the seller (receipts, warranty card, instruction manual) must be preserved;
- if a gift was included with the goods, it must also be returned along with the item. The gift must likewise show no signs of use and retain its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory packaging;
- goods of proper quality listed in the Non-Returnable Items List (approved by RF Government Decree No. 55 dated January 19, 1998, as amended on October 20, 1998, and February 6, 2002) are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes technically complex household items with warranty periods (e.g., metal-cutting and woodworking household machines, household electrical machines and devices, household radio-electronic equipment, household computing and copying equipment, photographic and cinematic devices, telephone and fax machines, electronic musical instruments, electronic toys, household gas equipment and appliances);
- when exchanging a product of proper quality for a similar item of higher value, the price difference must be paid;
- refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order;
- refund timeline for individuals – within 10 days of receiving the return request; for legal entities – within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise specified in the supply agreement.
Replacement or return of goods with hidden manufacturing defects identified during use("significant defect" refers to a defect that cannot be eliminated or requires disproportionate expenses or time to fix, occurs repeatedly, or reappears after being fixed, as defined in the preamble to the RF Consumer Protection Law):
- for individuals — goods of unsatisfactory quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days at the Claims Department located at 124482, Moscow, Zelenograd, Proezd 4922, Building 4, Structure 4 (working hours: Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00), after 14 days, an authorized service center's conclusion confirming the item's irreparability is required; for legal entities — exchange or return of goods of unsatisfactory quality is only possible with a conclusion from an authorized service center confirming the item's irreparability;
- to exchange or return goods, they must be personally delivered to the Claims Department at the above address; for regional deliveries, the item must be sent to the same address at the recipient's expense (the delivery department manager will notify the client in writing about the process for handing over the item to a transportation company);
- if the defect is deemed minor, non-recurring, repairable, and does not affect the item's functional or aesthetic qualities, exchange or refund may be denied under Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law. This applies to technically complex and expensive goods as per the RF Government's approved list;
- if the examination reveals that the defect resulted from the buyer's fault, the buyer must cover the examination costs;
- refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order;
- refund timeline for individuals – within 10 days of receiving the return request; for legal entities – within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise specified in the supply agreement.
